Basically the truth of how the Catholic Mission taught the mobs now grandparents how to read. The mission close and grandparents taught there kids poorly how to read. Now the grandkids have never been taught to read by there parents.
The New Stone Age has arrived.
I bet the majority of those slum houses have zero books in them.
Then the school attendance rates are sub 50 or lower.
No hope.
No ability to read and zero positive role models for the kids.
No wonder the kids kill themselves!
Bottom line close down all these dysfunctional outlying slums and bring the people into major towns. WA has over 150 of these places.
