I suppose so.
But it again effects why the share price is moribund.
We appear to have a nice oil field, no idea how big as they haven't delineated where the productive zones might be.
They have shown no evidence that they can produce the field economically.
And an operation team who continue to make poor decisions such as not testing these gas wells long enough to get steady flow or complete failure to test exploration wells.
