    Exactly, Cujo. I somehow don't imagine this morning's Ann will come as a bolt from the blue to the JV. Any reason it won't get signed off as soon as this afternoon? I see no good reason why not, but I expect they will test my patience anyway
    PS WN, the JV funds it and it's modest
