Just have to follow up. Thomas Skinner, the Noonkanbah station chairperson, said the following which really stuck with me throughout the day. "......mining companies, its not them, its the alcohol and drugs killing people." (around the 6 minute mark)
This honestly brightened up my whole day, there is hope for some indigenous communities and particular its younger members if they have progressive leaders like Thomas.
I can only hope that this sort of message is spread to other indigenous communities.
