    Yes just sayin this is no mean feat.
    It gets over many hurdles for the company and any potential farm in partner.
    It clears the way proving up a massive resource without any impediments.
    It gets the seal of approval from the owners of the land.
    They want a development.
    It has to be a first for that part of Australia.
