If Neuren comes off like we all hope, I will get this photo by Eamon Gallagher that was in the AFR framed and hang it up on the wall as a reminder of what I want in leadership. It sends messages like modesty, acumen, discipline, selflessness and focus. The employees at Neuren deserve to be rewarded for the work they do for us, and if Jon and co think it is right, that is fine by me. That means we can add loyalty to the list as well.
No billboards or neon needed here, as I am 100% sure the people we want to be aware of Neuren already are.
Win or lose in the future, I wish the world had more Neurens in it.
