No issues from me and definitely happy to reward great work and fantastic outcomes if achieved. If only more companies were run as well with modesty and selflessness like NEU.
If all 3 vesting conditions are achieved, I dare say the share price will be much much higher than where it is today, and we'll all be very happy holders indeed!
