Would have been nice to have a LTI based around SP as well since this is the only one that delivers tangible value for shareholders, the others sound great, and no doubt will deliver value for shareholders, but we all would have said something similar if we had achieved the same results NEU has in the last 12 months.
I don't think the board is doing a bad job of promoting the company either, I just think the senses would sharpen up to deliver shareholder value (shareprice increases) with a few million on the table....
