Please excuse my butting in, but in the release today this part caught my eye:
"IronClad’s growth plans could potentially upgrade this system to incorporate the innovative concept of a floating harbour, with suitable holding warehouses for the ore, both on land and at sea".
I thought the floating harbour concept was an integral part of the plans. Was I mistaken, or has this only recently become a 'potential' upgrade? They'll surely need more than a barge and containers if they're serious about becoming a major iron ore exporter.
