Yes, but with all the weight that is being thrown behind Talga now, from within Sweden and the EU (CRMA effective dec 24) I doubt whether there's much point, although it costs nothing to submit an appeal to the court, there is a cost in preparing your appeal and where things stand with Talga now you would think is a lot cause, especially if the SC decision is done by then.
