0.0877 shares is the best case scenario, however I'm expecting it to be 0.067 MergeCo shares per CBR share (ref. footnote 13 from page 12, screenshot below).

Using this, plus a nominal US$10 MergeCo share price & an exchange rate of about $0.67 gives CBR a value of $1 (0.0670 x $10 / $0.67 = $1).

In any case, it's a big jump up from where we are now.
