Personal opinion, uncertain of its correctness.
According to the CBR merger announcement, the merger price is around A$1.3. Literally interpreted, if you buy in at the current price of $0.13, your profit after the merger would be 900%. However, it's highly probable that the stock will drop by around 90% after the merger, going from $1.3 to $0.13. This means you wouldn't really gain or lose.
Currently, TRCA's stock price is $10, and it's expected to drop by approximately -90% on the first day of trading after the merger, reaching around $1. The exact amount will depend on the final redemption rates, which is likely to be announced next week or the week after. You can check the timeline through the announcement.
