I would just like to correct one of my previous comments. I have just come across information relating to companies not having to satisfy the consolidation relisting rule. This is covered in the attached article http://www.corrs.com.au/thinking/insights/changes-to-back-door-listing-rules/ Not having to go through a consolidation. From a time and cost perspective this is positive.
