how do you arrive at ten cents a share for assets ?
The wet gas wells already drilled and the extremely promising results, soon to be appraised, plus the contract with Alcoa , are worth a lot more than ten cents. The Ungani discovery wells and the prospects on trend are also worth more than ten cents on a risk weighted basis.
Then there is the State Agreemment , plus Woodsides and others demand for gas . Chances of proving up big reserves are very good, as are consequent gas sales agreements . Then there is the high liquid content of the gas. I wont mention the numbers here in case somebody thinks I am ramping. You need to read some of the earlier independent reserve reports that were based comprehensive well data.
Incidentally, the term "cash burn" is a cowboy term used by brokers clerks. Try using "net cash outflow".
