Buckland, rather than constantly moaning about your concerns about the company on a public forum, call the company directly. I'm sure Dr Aston or Mr Wright will happily provide you with the answers you crave. If you're not happy with their response and/or the company, the sell button is the red one.
As for Insider Trading, I think you should read the corps act as you seem a little confused.
Insider trading has 5 key elements:
1. Possession of information
2. Information is not generally available
3. Information is materially price sensitive
4. Knowledge of insider
5. Prohibition (disposal/acquisition of securities)
Finally, to imply that the Directors of PharmAust would disclose price sensitive information to shareholders that call or email is just ludicrous.
