I believe this very bad timing by management. The price is being manipulated to get a vey low priced capital raise on the NASDAQ. Unless you are comfortable with your funding sources then don’t do it.
i now believe it is a buying opportunity but be aware it could be super volatile in the short medium term. L1capital are buying but you have to be careful with them as they may have objectives that are not in other shareholders best interests.
