Lawsuits/class action in ref to any Penny stocks ….. good luck with that!
I remember at the $16 mark posters saying they would load up, if they had they would be heading towards a 50% capital loss!, at $8? …. will see soon enough if this stock continue’s its downward spiral.
Stock price manipulation from $28 down to its present sp is either open to legal investigation or just the natural course of a Penny stock that has failed to deliver …. downward price manipulation to accumulate shares has been the mantra of many investors holding failing penny stocks, this stock needs to buck that trend.
The Company has certainly done its RIs no favours on the launch of its NASDAQ listing being in its current position, instead of a being in a position of strength at $24 plus it may well struggle to raise at one third of that; it would be a remarkable achievement if this Company could raise at $10 US dollars plus and certainly indicative that it’s IP is the real deal and a target for a acquisition in the near to medium term.
That the USA market will value this stock properly will be seen soon enough, up to to date the touting the Company has done of its worth has been sadly lacking, that is factual, the flood gates to open on evidence of these claims to owning disruptive technology on listing will also be seen soon enough.
