At this stage, I am not convinced that the current institutional holders and the company’s directors are prepared to massively dilute their existing holdings (share and options) by selling new shares at well below the intrinsic value of the company in the IPO. The share price for the IPO should be determined by an open auction guided by the company rather than the current share price. Whoever think that they can easily buy cheap shares at the IPO is a bit naive in my opinion.
There are still few weeks before the price setting, let’s see what will happen.
