Shelf offering telegraphs incoming dilution event of 100 mil dollar. That puts our current valuation at .15c after dilution at todays prices.
Short of a partnership or deal of some sort there’s no news I can see that will counter balance the weight of the shelf offering that will hang over us like Mt Doom.
Hopefully there’ll be some broker support and some fluffy announcements to pump it up ahead of the CR.
