Yeah fair question, you'd imagine its a possibility and obviousky a orevious positin the comoany has taken.
For me, it may be the same potential outcome just draws out the pain over a longer period almost out of sight out if mind - kind of what may be happening right now with the SP pegged (if one subscribes to the recent Ridgeback theory put fwd by.. Joe?.. cant recall..).
The more I think about it, ypu are likely right and ADRs wouloutcomes better short term outcome
