I agree with you p/lip but don’t give them the latitude of 12 to 24, 9 to 12 would be my estimation we are not building a sky scraper. Unless of cause they give it to a contractor and say whatever it takes. After the last two years this company needs to show some incentive and enthusiasm to get the job done and complete stage one asap so we can move to 20kpa.
