lol.. those are targets and investors have to take them as such. Also, anyone investing into resource companies they should at least know the difference between various resource categories such as inferred, indicated and measured. I commented here fair bit on this and pointed out that POD resource is inferred which is not high confidence..
But if POD hit those targets 2.8-3.8 and if the numbers are in the upper end of that range then share price should really move substantially higher. Especially if POD drill part of that resource to Indicated category.
Big potential but needs more drilling and they are doing that.
