Committee of Experts March 4 The committee of experts should be established within 30 days. 2 months later in the feasibility report it states the committee has been established but yet to commence deliberations. This could take months getting the 7 committee experts together, each having their own schedule, and getting a positive recommendation. How far can ORE go with this project before the recommendation comes through?
