Always tempted to get in, only worried if AUQ can build scale in future.I am not worried about other things like licenses, delays, all those things are not the crux here.They will happen in due course and do not matter for patient LT investors.
Oman ann is a great development , but may not be enough IMHO
Looks like two guys from India ( both first name Vikas ) are in with a sizable stake, those guys would not have come in if they are not sure of great returns over next few years.
Do you think AUQ can scale up over time ?
