It wasn't just that AVH had a US domiciled CEO, but as their release said nearly all their staff are in the US, virtually all of their revenue is from the US, they have no physical presence outside the US, and a significant majority of their share capital is held in the US.
Very different to PNV. Not saying never, but very unlikely for the foreseeable future.
