Not a good look being the only big 4 bank that hasn't had the overlay reduced or removed since all banks were slapped with them. An even worse look when you've gone the other way and it's so bad the regulator has increased overlay.
If you're an investor that can park their money in any of the big 4 bank, would put it into the one that can't manage these internal operational risk issues? This is why the share market reacts.
