    Have to assume EN1 returned the $675K due to amended certification.

    Desperately trying to seek recapitalization through US Banks and is evaluating $8 million conventional debt term sheets from advisory firm Virathus which its evaluating. sneaky.png

    Virathus also assisted EN1 with convertible note and ZCS from Alto. Both of these financing arrangements worked out well for the company and its shareholders. eek.png (Not)
