Chris was CIO, but he wont come back on the old job which is common sense. CEO role needs to put aside for him or any other talented individual that could turn around the ship.
Why would someone smart with history to out perform work under the CEO under which fund underperformed from share price point of view?
You can have any title you like PM, CIO, CFO or anything else but last buck stops at CEO ! and then board if they don't replace CEO for long time and allow performance to go down.
