The spending plan was announced last August and had a price rise since. Should be long priced in by now. With consistent growth should likely cover the expenses. This drop in price now is nothing but insto bs overall. Easy to manipulate the NZX as such low capital traded. One pos with enough can easily push a price around and NZX authorities are useless at enforcing their laws.
