I for one am very glad there is 22% cash in fact my private portfolios and companies are all above 15% cash and trying to get to 20%. The comparison I would make is that right now we have huge uncertainties in the world Middle east , Pakistan vs India, Russia vs Ukraine. Even TDS ( Trump derangement Syndrome). The markets are high - Ai vs everything. I think Cash right now is good to keep. Afterall, if its good for Berkshire Hathaway it must be a valid strategy.
