I'd say we are nearing a 'second wave' but as the economy cannot sustain such a prolonged period of a shutdown it is necessary.
Places like Australia will most likely be ok due to the low numbers, the US and the UK won't be. The US and UK market will bring sentiment down, as we are all correlated.
I personally believe, the market will face heavy sell offs once this happens and then we will be on a slow road to recovery.
