With all due respect, I don't think you understand the announcement, and in all honesty it's a pretty standard ASX-101 type of funding agreement that is very common on the market.
It explicity says in the announcement that it does not involve an issue of any equity security.
It's an unsecured credit facility.
Bergen hold absolutely ZERO SHARES in relation to that announcement. Or perhaps I am indeed the blind fool, and you can quote where Bergen were given $600k worth of shares at 0.001.
