    These guys are loaning money to UUV. They are not exchanging $600k cash (or any part of that money) for shares.

    I can't make this any easier for you to comprehend.
    Even the moderators had to remove your post for being factually incorrect, yet here you stand beating your drum of absolute nonsense. It clearly says in the announcement no issue of equity security. Which part do you not understand?
