I knew about the lawsuit prior to investing/gambling on this company made it even more interesting hoping @demoniaco can shed some light on this during his interview in fact it will almost certainly make or break so I'm really hoping the company can shed just a little light on it and if it is trivial then I honestly could care less.
Lots of companies go to court after all and the fact the military is dealing with them currently means it's obviously not a huge deal breaker as no one would be conducting business with them at that scale if it were, it's not like it's hidden information we're only finding out about now.
