Was doing some prelim work on IME over the weekend and was getting interested until I realized that ~40% of revenue is derived from a single counterparty (Colsubsidio), expires in June 2022, and is filtered through a company (RIMAB) owned by the CEO.
What's your prognosis on that contract? Unless there was very good reason to the contrary, i'd put nil value on that such that ARR in my mind is more like ~$8m (instead of what i'd guess they'll report for Q2-21, being ~$12M).
