i.e. the financial situation of this company is not good, even if its prospects stay sound.
What that means is ride the wave, but protect your investment. Have your stop losses in place, and lock in your profits, free hold the rest, and then you can put it in the back pocket ignoring what happens with the SP for the next few years.
