Does anyone remember the buy out deals that were in place for the owners / directors of firms that were purchased? I can't recount the break up of the deals in relation to cash v VRS stock and the terms associated with holding VRS stock. Could part of the sell down over the last several months be 'Retiring' Directors cashing out their positions? If they are still locked into the stock they would be absolutely gutted. - Sorry may be the wrong feed for this question.
