Also hard for the market to get excited about the opportunity when the acquired company's revenue and EBITDA are from the period measuring 11-23 months ago (year ending 30 September 2021)...
...I mean, what's happened since then? How did revenue track in the first half of FY22? Better? Worse and hence the firesale? The same? Some commentary on how the business is faring since wouldn't hurt.
Also hard for the market to get excited about the opportunity...
