Agree, it is interesting. A lot to happen between now and potential production. The MOU is non-binding, simply just an agreement where if we think you might go into production we want first dibs. It does state they will provide technical support which is good, but without wanting to sound too negative, I've seen MOU's like this simply expire after some time. It's a Toronto listed company, however they appear to have processing plants in China and Estonia? Be interesting to see what management come out and say and add to this announcement.
