Listing rules 17.3 are directed at mining companies, read for yourself. Archtis at last look was not a mining company. Most of these issues seem to be possible confusion on disclosure rules, we wait for the ASX to inform the market, they are the only ones that can do the publishing. From what I believe is that Archtis are in compliance, questions answered and I hope not being sat on for to just be a pain in the ass, all will come out eventually, we know what the company published and we know the listing rules, if they have been complied with then the longer it goes on the greater the damages. Let’s just hope it’s not the recalcitrant attitude of the ASX or ASIC will end up with a full complaint inbox. Just fix this and stop causing reputational damage to both parties.
