Oh yes, we have been hearing every year for the past 3 years that "this is the year for AR9". I have heard all the pontification about Miles Jakeman and Leanne Graham before, suffice to say that when they set the remuneration for the CEO they both were a miserable failure. Handed out options like peanuts and the performance bonuses were so soft that jelly would have sunk through them. They need a good hard nosed Board person that demands accountability and drivers performance. We don't have that.
