See the the 1 share 0.14 marker, then 3 small trades down to 0.135 , these are the same tactics that have been used for a couple of weeks to entice a drop in sell price, when loaded it gets line wiped. This in my opinion is a fund trying it on to collect as cheap as possible. I bet my roundies that there is real accumulation going on.
