    I would think they have only reported their income, Okera would receive their own payment, or perhaps you are correct and the $208k is for Okera's platform and AR9 get their licence. I suggest email Kurt. He is quite personable and responds in detail. Regardless ARCHTIS aren't giving away their licences .
