My guess is that not many will be selling. I beleive Dan Lai was personally involved in the allocation process ensuring that sticky investors got the majority of the shares. This will help minise the churn today.
Makes complete sense to be raising funds to scale for the US DoD contract. Dan has already said they are negotiating pricing. This is not if, but when.
With the near term catalysts of the US DoD extension, the renewal of the ADF contract (looking to extend from 400 users to 1,500 users at about $4.5k per user), the trial of the TDI platform in the ADF, the Global Tech Company working with the US Navy, the NATO POC and the TDI opportunity with NEC in Japan to sell into Japan defence.
This is all investment for current identified growth opportunities.
Such an exciting near term future for a company with a market cap of $66m. Even if we grow by 32 times, we will still be smaller than DroneShield. Let the size of the opportunity sink in!!!
