I think you're misunderstanding as well, what I'm trying to say is, you know how other stocks go up and down or "fluctuate" as the term goes?
See, AR9 is unique in the sense that it does the "down" part, but it actually can't go "up". It's like how it would be preposterous to imagine an elephant climbing a rope, that's what it's like to imagine this stock going up. It isn't physically able to.
