I'm unsure which point I should have made clearer as there still seems to be some confusion. To clear things up I'll just lay the two main facts out again below;

1. AR9, unlike other stocks on the ASX, cannot go up long term. It's the coding written into the programming of how the stock works. Even if they wanted to increase the SP long term, they couldn't as this stock doesn't physically work like that.

2. Notwithstanding point 1, Mgmt are well suited at AR9 as the entire board are world class in delivering consistent and long term reductions in share price.
