Penten seem to be better at getting contracts inked by the DOD....
Maybe because their services are simpler or more deployable?
Certainly no shortage of contracted services/extensions within last 6 months. You do the same search for Archtis and its less than 1 page of contracts.
Hopefully a big one is around the corner!
