    G'day mate, thanks for your comments. Regarding the timing of the cap raising, I'm pretty sure you'll find it's a function of the OTC listing date, as AR9 has specifically sought investment from US based institutions.

    Regarding promises and no execution, any chance you could please point to a few specific items?
