Don’t get me wrong, there will be plenty of opportunities to make money from this stock. FID will provide a good ST trade opportunity IMHO.
The claim that there is a price decoupling is busted and the “modeling” that predicts a massive REO supply deficit in the not too distant future, is not based on sustainable supply chain practices.
The RE sector hype being pushed by certain “influencers” is irresponsible.
