i really think with the goverment stamp on it may make it appealing
but the timeline has taken so many years and still no timeline
the capex was once touted over a billion dollars and to date they have reduced that number
but when you look at it over the years has it taken to long to get this far and with so many announcements
may take a few up for a punt hopefully for a pump with good news
